What we collect
When you use the callback form on this site, we receive the first name and phone number you type in, the fence type you select, and the optional note you choose to add. Nothing else is required — there is no email field, no account, and no payment step.
Why we keep it
We use those details for one purpose: to call you back about fence work and, if you go ahead, to schedule and complete the job. If you tell us not to call, we stop.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact details.
- We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiles on this site.
Who can see it
Requests are handled by Teddy Hemingway and the crew working your job. Where a supplier needs a delivery contact or address for materials, only what is necessary for that delivery is shared.
How long it stays
Enquiries that do not turn into work are removed once they are clearly stale. Records tied to completed jobs are kept as long as we need them for warranty questions, tax records, and any legal obligation under South Carolina and federal law.
Cookies
This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service to fetch the typeface files.
Your choices
